As each piece is carefully handcrafted, our standard dispatch timeline is 10–15 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for customized orders or remote locations.

We offer complimentary insured shipping across India. Every order is packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Secure Delivery

To ensure your jewellery reaches you safely:

• A signature may be required upon delivery.

• A valid Government-issued ID may be requested at the time of delivery.

• Two delivery attempts will be made free of cost.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply. In case of refund due to failed delivery, logistics charges may be deducted.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays.
