Our Policies
Returns, Exchange & Buyback
30-Day Money Back
- Return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and unworn
- Original tag, certificate and invoice must be intact
- Must be in original packaging
After quality inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Lifetime Exchange
- Exchange value: 75% of original invoice value (excl. taxes)
- ₹500 processing charge applicable
- If new piece is higher value — difference payable by customer
- If lower — balance issued as store credit or bank refund
Items Not Eligible
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Engraved pieces
- Special ring sizes — Women: below 7 or above 15 | Men: below 15 or above 24
- International shipments
- Products altered or repaired by third parties
Refund Notes
- Refunds issued via original payment mode (except COD)
- COD refunds processed via bank transfer
Lifetime Buyback
- Buyback value: 70% of original invoice value (excl. taxes)
- ₹500 processing charge applicable
- Original invoice and certificates are mandatory
Ring Resizing
- One complimentary resizing may be offered
- Additional material cost, if any, borne by the customer
- Shipping charges for resizing borne by the customer
Repairs
- Manufacturing defect repairs are free of charge if reported within 10 days of delivery after inspection
- Shipping charges for repair services are borne by the customer
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, stone loosening due to use) is not considered a manufacturing defect
