- Our standard dispatch timeline is 10–15 working days from payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly for customized pieces or remote locations.

- We offer free insured shipping across India on every order.
- Every order is delivered in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Secure Delivery
To ensure your jewellery reaches you safely:
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- A valid Government-issued ID may be requested.
- Two delivery attempts will be made free of cost.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply. In case of refund due to failed delivery, logistics costs may be deducted.
